Except for the above three, are there any other new food cart ideas that can make money in the mall?
When I ask people what business is good to set-up, they always say "Food" and in most cases, they could be correct But I noticed a trend among malls where they do not bother to zone tenants or control tenants selling like-items so much so that tenants cannibalize each other's sales to the point that the business is no longer worth the risk.
In looking for the best location, you may have to check the UNWRITTEN POLICIES of the mall owner as to zone, competition, limits to similar-item tenants and other similar factors before signing on the Contract of Lease.
