Minute Burger of the Leslie Group (Clover and Nacho chips) had a prominent display. As with Burger Machine and Angels Hamburger sprouting all over Metro Manila, Minute Burger is offering franchise for the Buy One Take One burger.My concern is the amount of space to accomodate the kiosk which we are talking in the range of 10 - 15 sqm maybe. The Salesperson at the booth said expect to pay at least p15,000/month rent if you intend to locate within a convenience store parking lot which makes sense given the 24/7 nature of the biz.
Another is will the small business entrepreneur be interest in operating 24 hours every day?
