Instead of setting-up a Food Kiosk to sell to mall goers, why not sell Packed Meal to Mall tenant personnel like:
1. Salesladies/men
2. Janitors and cleaners
3. Elevator girls
4. Security guards
5. Banks tellers and messengers
6. Mall Administration personnel such as clerks, engineers & electricians
7. Mall Carpark personnel
I noticed in several malls there are people with big bags offering Pack meals to mall tenant personnel.
The Market is there as Mall food (P50 to P100/meal) is beyond the budget of these mall personnel. My lotto operator eats at a carinderia outside the mall where a meal can be had for P35 (viand and rice).
