Actually the title was a little hyped but I did get flagged by a policeman with a M16 high-powered rifle and he told me to open the hood of my car. He just looked around the engine compartment and waved me on.
I then realized this might have something to do with our new President Noynoy Aquino's campaign over cars with police sirens (Wangwang, in Filipino=speak) who use them to speed them over in traffic.
Only in the Philippines.
