The Scramble Business is Scrambling a Lot of Heads of Small Businessmen

courtesy of justanotherpixelLast week, it was Icebreaker. This week, its Buzz Box or Buz Box Scramble (which ever way you call them). courtesy of buzbox scramble What I am referring to are the search words my readers use to arrive at my blog.

Just like Icebreaker, BuzzBox Scramble is not into franchising. So far, it is only the provincial-based Scramble King that is accepting franchising (see my blog post at http://wp.me/pBaHK-9F).

It seems the heavy-weights in the Scramble business are busy setting-up franchises in the choice spaces namely SM, Robinson's, Puregold and other mall chains.

I am worried that I also plan to have a Scramble franchise but I may locked-out of most of the good locations. Poor me.

  2. Hi, I am Loren Evangelista, writer for Entrepreneur magazine. I was just wondering if you have any contacts of the owners of these ice scramble carts: Manila Scramble (Peppermill Food Corporation), I-Scramble (Conyelos Inc.), or Buzbox Scrambles? I was only able to contact Icebreaker Scrambles and Scramble King but would like to get insights from the other brands if possible. Hope you can help me out. Thanks!

  3. hi ms evangelista. I appreciate your visiting my blog. buzbox is not franchising, acc to their crew. scramble king which i saw at the wofex is franchising. the others i have not seen yet. my interest is I too want to franchise and have been trying to taste-test. Icebreaker seems to be my reference. do you have the contact number of icebreaker?

btw, do you have any suggestion how i can promote my blog to other small small business owners like myself? am thinking maybe my blog could be the start of a business network where small business owners or would-be entrepreneurs could pool our resources and even buy a franchise or start-up a new business?

  9. ms ann grace, i do not represent buzbox scramble or any of the franchises that i feature in my blog. You will have to check the buzbox in megamall for more info. at the time of my blog, the crew said they are not franchising, You might want to revisit my blog starting with the latest posts as I am posting almost all the different scramble brands that exhibited during the food and drink asia 2010 expo held last week at the wtc.

  10. hi triccia. I do not represent Scramble King, I just blog about the scramble biz as well as the others like siomai house. I suggest you search on my blog Scramble King and look for the picture of their outlet during the WOFEX 2010 event. If you enlarge the pic, the contact number is on the picture. Sorry I do not keep their contact numbers.
