2010 AFFI FILIPINO FRANCHISE SHOW: Stick Em Up or in Tagalog-speak, Tuhog!

As traditional as Eating-On-The-Run are food on a stick (skewered in Chef-speak too) and the choices ranges from the American BBQ & hotdog to the Filipino Street Foods-On-A-Stick like Fishballs, Squidballs and chicken innards (intestine or isaw, chicken head & feet, coagulated chicken blood---hahahaha).

During the recent AFFI Filipino Franchise Food Show, there were samples of the Filipinos' passion to eat anything on a stick:
