Now comes the food cart medium and Sisig is available as Topping for steaming Rice. Most popular is Sisig Hooray (Robinson's Galeria, SM Makati, Ever Commonwealth) but last I checked, they do not franchise.
During the AFFI Filipino Franchise Show, I saw Sisig in the City on display. I saw Sisig in the City at Waltermart North EDSA and they serve pork, chicken and bangus with prices ranging from P55 to P65 per order. If is a bit pricey when you think you can get a One-piece chicken with rice and soup from Mang Inasal for only P49. But then again, there are customers who may just like Sisig for a change.
