They are very affordable as they currently go for P10 to P10.50 per piece. The price has gone down but the size has gotten smaller over time.

If you get turned-off with the almost P500,000 franchise package of the leading brand, you might want to consider Happy Haus Donuts which go for a very affordable P35,000. Likewise, the Returns Allowance (unsold donuts) is supposedly higher at Happy Haus than for the leading brand which means less losses for unsold donuts. (Donuts are only good for 12hours max)
Plan on renting spaces in the P3,000 to P5,000/month range. Example is the Happy Haus cart just outside the POEA.
