I saw a booth by Joe Kuan. For those who do not know the brand, I use to eat hot mami along the roadside late nights after college (Yikes decades ago) long before Jollibee and Chowking became who they are now.
They used to have many outlets but now only 4 remain. According to their man, Joe Kuan is now supplying MiniStop and other convenience store chains.
Come to think of it, instead of having an army of tinderas, what if I just cook at home and supply the retailers? Another example is the company supplying pastries to coffeeshops like Starbucks, Seattle's Best and the like as these coffeeshops do not have their own bakeries.
