I spotted this new version of the Scramble called Snowflow Ice Crumble at the LRT Carriedo Station. The taste is somewhat better than the others though not as creamy as the Icebreaker Scramble, and get this, selling for an even lower price : P6 - P10 - P15.

They have 2 other branches: Tutuban and Recto. I still do not have details but they are open to franchising.
Target market are the students traveling on the LRT and HORRORS!! the most saleable serving is the P6 small cup with P4 choco kisses toppings. How will the franchisee survive?????????
