I'm Marlon - owner of Icebreaker Scrambles. Yes, I think I have the most number of outlets among the other scramble players. And yes, Icebreaker is the FIRST who brought the scramble concept to the malls here in Manila. By the end of August, total outlets would be more than 40+.
I do want to thank you for your support to Icebreaker, nakakawala ng stress :-)
As for franchising, the company is loaded w/ commitments until september. Maybe after then, we can start to entertain franchise inquiries.
It is a pleasant surprise that a very successful and very busy business entrepreneur such as yourself would take the time to post a comment on a newbie blog such as mine and for that, I am very grateful.
It is certainly an achievement to be able to transform a streetfood such as scramble into a multi-million business enterprise but you did and for that you deserve the accolade for all present and future businessmen. And judging from the tone of your comment I can surmise that you are a hands-on type of guy which we sometime find lacking in other business start-ups once they have become successful.
On the business side, I personally am very interested in acquiring a franchise from Icebreaker as a strategic location is now being offered to me and I do hope I could meet you soonest too.
you can check their multiply account: iloveicebreaker.multiply.com but I read that they are no longer accepting franchise application. I think it will be a hit specially for the kids. I tasted once at Ever Gotesco in Ortigas but I am not sure if its icebreaker, and it tastes good and also very cheap.
Yes they have temporarily stopped granting franchises but they are still opening outlets in SM almost 2 outlets a week, if I am not mistaken. SM MOA, Clark, Baliwag, Bacoor and too many to remember.
can u pls send me a complete information in fracising ice breaker. tnx
