If SM, Ayala and Robinson's Malls are Franchisor Territory, What Else is Left for Franchisees?


courtesy of ayala malls  I got the chance to meet a senior leasing officer of a major mall and she said that whenever a new mall is planned and they have to do pre-offering to tenants, they usually offer it first to the Franchisor and it is up to the Franchisor if they will set-up a Company-owned outlet or offer it to franchisees.

courtesy of SM Malls  While it is true that the Big 3 (SM, Robinson's and Ayala Malls) are not the only choice spots, they of course represent the Best Sites for a small businessman's foodcart.
