For those of you who have been looking for them, Icebreaker Scramble has opened at the Megamall Building B Lower Ground near Luk Yuen Restaurant and the NBI Clearance Office.They are occupying what looks like a 4sqm space and they have a crew of 3 which should tell you something of the volume of business they are expecting.
