In almost any retail business, the MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT FOR SUCCESS IS HAVING THE BEST LOCATION!!!!!  You may have a good food concept but if your Target Market cannot find your foodcart, it is useless, isn't it?

But you also will say "All the good locations have already been taken!!!"   That may be also true but maybe having the second best location might be just as good.  The problem is where are these golden locations located?

1.  His concept is a convenience store similar to 7-11

2.  Area required is about 1/3 of a regular convenience store or about 50sqm plus or minus

3.  He wants to be located near schools or anywhere along the University Belt.

4. Special conditions (optional but not required) is if the space has a 2nd Floor Room for his caretaker to sleep in.

For such an engagement, our Site Location Fee is P4,000.00.  Normally, we ask to be given at least 1 to 2 weeks for us to give him 3 possible sites but as what happened , we already had some possible sites that in 3 days (from receipt of payment), we were able to show Mr. Ray 5 possible sites!
